Hi. I’m Lindsay, owner of Nutrition Instincts ® and founder of The Nurtured Mama Community. My mission is to help women and mothers reduce stress and guilt around food and movement by restoring their trust in their bodies, taking weight obsession out of the equation and re-defining health and self-care so that each woman and mother can truly thrive as their unique, fabulous selves.
Lindsay made me feel comfortable right away. She listened and related to my story without judgement. She offered practical solutions and pointed out patterns of emotional issues related to food. I am looking forward to continuing to work with her and learn more of her great ideas. I believe she is going to help me overcome some challenges I have been having with food and my body image.
Thank you for hearing and addressing my needs. I appreciate your compassionate and strategic approach and I always feel like you “meet me where I’m at” while focusing on my strengths to help me navigate through struggles. Your positivity and hopefulness is greatly inspiring.
