Lindsay made me feel comfortable right away. She listened and related to my story without judgement. She offered practical solutions and pointed out patterns of emotional issues related to food. I am looking forward to continuing to work with her and learn more of her great ideas. I believe she is going to help me overcome some challenges I have been having with food and my body image.
